Harvey is a research director in the Insight team at Deloitte – one of the UK’s leading professional services organisations. Based in London, he leads research and thought-leadership activities for Deloitte Analytics, a fast-growing part of the firm that helps clients extract value from their digital data. He has spent 20 years in the information technology industry, and specialises in analytics, cyber security and national security. He has authored numerous reports on open data and is a frequent commentator and contributor to the press and trade bodies. Harvey holds a BEng (Hons) and a PhD from Southampton University.
