At NDI, Dan has helped launch and manage http://OpeningParliament.org, a forum for more than 100 parliamentary monitoring organizations in over 70 countries, and the Declaration on Parliamentary Openness, a set of standards for open parliaments developed through the collective input of the OpeningParliament network.
