		<description><![CDATA[Yes, hopefully journalists, policy analysts, scientists (public &amp; private sector), educators, etc *will* be able to find, access and reuse open government data but ONLY IF the government has a cogent publication policy &amp; strategy based on open data exchange standards -- those that are the foundation of the Web itself. Standards groups like the W3C are working towards this end (see http://www.w3.org/2011/gld/wiki/Main_Page) but sure would help to have public request all government data in human AND machine readable formats to improve access &amp; re-use.]]></description>
